- 1r. Thomas Crabbe of Littleport, yeoman, answered John Watson in an action of trespass on the case relating to an agreement between the men concerning ten coombs of peas and beans to be delivered to the river in Cambridge. Pled not guilty; to proceed to jury trial.
- 1r. John Campyon and Matthew Samuell, [places of abode and occupations not stated], is summoned to answer William Newland in an action that on 16 Mar. 1631 he took a horse belonging to Newland from a place called the Hovell at Mepal. Campyon and Samuell arrested; to pay costs and damages.
- 1v. John Dowse of Chatteris, labourer, answered [?Benedict] Cowper in an action of trespass that between 1 Nov. 1629 and 1 Feb. following he entered Cowper’s land at Chatteris and took and carried away 200 eels, 100 pickerels and 100 [rechers] from his nets and grigs. Pled not guilty; to proceed to jury trial.
- 2r.-v. George Parker of Thetford, gentleman, answered Robert Lightfoote in an action of trespass that on 20 Sept. 1630 he took and carried away four cart-loads of barley. To proceed to jury trial.
- 3r. Richard Earick of Emneth, Norfolk, husbandman, answered Richard Dannett in an action of trespass and assault that on 18 June 1630 he assaulted Dannett at Wisbech. Pled not guilty; to proceed to jury trial.
- 4r. Robert Griffyn and William Wright, [places of abode and occupations not stated], are summoned to answer Toby Dawkyns in an action that on 14 Apr. 1630 they took a horse worth ten pounds belonging to Dawkyns from a place called the Staple at Aldreth in the parish of Haddenham. To proceed to jury trial.
