The plot is defined as abutting S. and W. on St Botolph's churchyard, N. on the college bakehouse and E. partly on the tennis court and partly on the passage from the hostel to the tennis court. With restrictions on building on the site. Members of the college are to have priority in use of the tennis court before any others except noble or honourable personages.
