One rood lies in Castle Furlong between land of the Blessed Mary [sic] (N) and land of King's College (S) and abuts on land of the said college (E) and on the highway from Grantchester to Haslingfield (W); the other rood lies in the same furlong between land of the said college (N) and land of Richard Lacy (S) and abuts on the headland called Colneihaueden (E) and on the aforesaid road (W); half an acre lies in Newnam Crofts at Wasteldole between land of the said college called Westeldole (S) and land of Richard Lacy (N) and abuts on land of Thomas Cole (W) and land of John Nele (E). Location of 3rd rood not specified, and 'Habendum' clause mentions only 1 acre and 1 rood.
