Scope and Contents
The lease is granted in consideration of [the surrender of?] a lease to Anthony Harrison. The tenement, in which Christopher Tounson lately dwelt, abuts S. on St Botolph's churchyard and N. part;y on a college tenement and partly on the hostel yard where James Bliss now dwells. The E. head abuts on the college lodge and the W. on the street.
Npote of bond in £10 to perform covenants.
