The document recounts that the portion of tithes was purchased by the predecessors of the Master and Fellows to the use of the college of the Queen 'as appearethe more at large by her Majesties letters Patentes bearinge date the vijth daye of Aprill in the fourthe yere of her Majesties reigne'.
Annexed bond of Henry and Ann Gotobed in £20 to the Master and Fellows of CCCC for the performance of covenants.
