The messuage lies near a tenement of John Greenlane and a tenement of John Willimot and abuts on the King's mill pool and on the tenement of the said John Willimot.
Witnesses: Thomas Jacob, mayor; Simon Rankin; John Godfrey; Thomas Sturmin and John Semer, bailiffs.
An endorsement gives the dimensions as 32 feet 9 inches wide at the western head and 27 feet 6 inches at the eastern head, and 31 feet 4 inches in the middle.
