The plot lies between the house of St Radegund on the east and a house of Corpus Christi College held by the said John on the west, backing onto the nuns' croft.
Note in left margin in a slightly later hand: '. .croft Ja: adams et u[xoris suae?] iacet inter tenement' nost' iam occupatum per colleg' Jesu ex parte occidentali.
