Scope and Contents 113 x 89 mm. Showing a man at work on the metal water channel that runs down to the slack-water dam at Amani. The partially completed dam across the Sigi River can be seen in the background. The function of the viaduct was presumably to drive the sawmill waterwheel when the level of the water in the dam was high enough, but in both this photograph and Y30469A/31 the water channel appears to run to the dam not down from it. This however is possibly a matter of the angle the photograph was...
