Supreme Court House, Adelaide, 1890
260 x 200 mm. A front view of the court house. A building in rather heavy classical style standing in Victoria Square, it was erected in 1869 for the Local and Insolvency Courts and has been used as the Supreme Court since 1873.

265 x 205 mm. A view towards the Rotunda, in front of which stands a man and two emus (blurred through movement). The Zoological Society was founded in 1878, originally as an acclimatization garden for the introduction of stock and fish. It was opened as a zoo in May 1883.
