Three school exercise books containing records of purchases made by the Camp Quartermaster through the Japanese authorities or the neutral agent, H. Schweizer of Diethelm & Co., who was the Singapore Representative of the International Red Cross.

This file contains papers relating to the release, contents and distribution of Red Cross supplies delivered in 1945, with details of two smaller consignments in 1942 and 1943 (67 sheets).
