148 x 116 mm. The caption on the reverse reads 'Two classes of children between 8 and 10 years of age are listening together. They particularly enjoy the nature study and music lessons. In this school there are three sets, one given by the Government and the others paid for by the school. At the rear of the class is Mr. R.S. Brooks, the Headmaster'. It also outlines, at length, Government broadcasting in Jamaica.

Jelf, and the seal of the colony. There is an accompanying undated photocopy of a biographical entry on Guise, possibly produced when the collection was first catalogued in 1988.
