Coast Scene, 1909
Landscape format. Southernmost point of Brier Island, west of N.S. This is the southern extremity of the North Mountain Range, which is all formed of this Trap Rock as underlying strata. It extends from Brier Island in the west to Blomidon (Minas Basin) in the East, and forms the barrier between the fogs of the Bay of Fundy and the long and narrow Annapolis Valley.
