203 x 153 mm. Mr. Lennox-Boyd, Secretary of State for the Colonies, signs the report of the British Caribbean Federation conference at the final meeting at Lancaster House in London. The report opens the way for the first Federal Government of the British Caribbean to be elected in the early days of 1958.
