Sir Robert Gordon Menzies (1894-1978) was Prime Minister of Australia 1939-41 and 1949-66. William Lyon Mackenzie King (1874-1950) was Prime Minister of Canada 1921-26, 1926-30 and 1935-48.

Mrs Arthur, Lady Spring-Rice and the dog Moppet, in the Arthur's house in Somerset. Florence Caroline, daughter of Frank Lascelles was married to Sir Cecil Spring Rice, Diplomat and poet, in 1904; he died in 1918 when British Ambassador to the United States of America; she died on 9 December 1961.
