Scope and Contents The collection consists of a negatives album, produced by Lennon Ltd., Cape Town, containing 125 x 95 mm negatives and an envelope with six further negatives of the same size. Some are poor photographs but many that are apparently very faint contain a good deal of detail. Seven modern prints have also been made and are listed as Y305U/105-111. Twenty-three watercolours mounted on card, 12" x 16½". The paintings have pencilled titles and in some cases places and dates. They include agapanthus, antholyza, bellandonna lily, Cape Town bulbs, Cape honeysuckle (tecona-capensis), common olive, cyrtanthus, gladiolus, grenadilla, hybiscus, hyobanche sanguinea, iris, pelargonium, plumbago, sparaxis pendula and thistle.
