Scope and Contents 90 x 112 mm Showing Gedge seated in a deckchair in front of his tent with a rifle leaning against his knee. The dating of this photograph is uncertain: Gedge was at Gulu Gulu from November 6th to December 11th 1888, December 15th to 20th 1888, February 1st to 2nd 1889 and May 24th 1889, but his diary makes no mention of photographic activities. The two middle dates can be discarded since Jackson was not then at Gulu Gulu and Y30468K LS3 shows a photograph of him evidently taken on the same...
