Scope and Contents The mural was the work of Mick Pilcher (born 1929) whose work included murals in the University of Ibadan, the Parliament Buildings in Lusaka, and the Anglo-American Corporation Building in Lusaka. The RCS mural showed the flags of the Commonwealth, each within the geographical outline of their country: all were of equal size to indicate equality of status.
