In 1929 Frome’s surviving daughter, Mrs Frank Wynne, presented some of the South Australian drawings to the Royal Empire Society through the good offices of Sir Harry Wilson, to whom she bequeathed the rest of the collection. It shows fortifications in the foreground; to the rear can be seen St Publius Church (with the granaries in front), Sarria Church, and the Methodist Church. To their right are the Maglio Gardens. This area suffered severely from bombing in World War II.
