Minutes on articles written by Lewis Namier for New Europe magazine, criticising the National Democratic Party in Poland, while he was also working for the Political Intelligence Department, and retaliatory articles about Namier in The New Witness. Correspondents include Sir Eric Drummond [Private Secretary to the Foreign Secretary, later 16th Lord Perth], Sir William Tyrrell [Director of the Political Intelligence Department] and 1st Lord Hardinge of Penshurst [Permanent Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs]. Also includes notes on Count Jan Horodyski and Polish affairs in general.
