Correspondents include Sir Eric Drummond [Private Secretary to the Foreign Secretary, later 16th Lord Perth], Sir William Tyrrell [Director of the Political Intelligence Department] and 1st Lord Hardinge of Penshurst [Permanent Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs]. Also includes notes on Count Jan Horodyski and Polish affairs in general.
