Scope and Contents
Papers and correspondence on: JWHM's role in the various propaganda departments during the war; his work at the Peace Conference, particularly on the Saar Valley, Poland and the Minorities Treaties; memoranda and articles from his role as Historical Adviser to the Foreign Office, on subjects including responsibility for the war and also for "British documents on the Origins of the War, 1898-1914", edited by George Gooch and Harold Temperley, many of which were previously collected and arranged by JWHM.
