Volumes comprise the final versions of the minutes, in manuscript or typescript. From 1882 to May 1992, volumes are lettered 'Council' on the spine. From June 1992 to April 2007 the minutes and papers were kept separately and are stored as loose papers in files. After April 2007 the agendas, minutes and papers were kept between archival boards secured with brass studs.
