Scope and Contents This is a large multicoloured ceramic crackle pattern Chinese plate with a 2cm wide etched bronze effect border. The scene painted on the plate depicts horsemen and foot-soldiers chasing a man on a horse, using green, blue, orange and yellow pigments.
