This letter relates to a gift of calligraphy for Kuo Mo-jo and mentions his friend Keizō [Hashimoto]. Includes a large piece of original calligraphy of a poem written by Mao Tse-Tung, about his heroic efforts in 1936, mentioned in the letter. Joseph Needham noted on the letter that it was sent from the Beijing Botanical Institute.
