The poster depicts a document titled “Findings Report of American Bacteriological War Crimes” (美國細菌戰罪行調查報告) being thrust in front of cowering Americans by a stern Chinese worker, surrounded by people from around the world, including a woman in traditional Korean dress. It is signed “International Peoples Legal Workers Association Investigation Committee” (guoji minzhu falü gongzuozhe xiehui diaochatuan 國際民主法律工作者協會調查團). Also depicted are great piles of documents, bomb casings and photographs of insects. Beside the Americans are jars, the first labelled ‘Plague 鼠疫’, which they are trying to cover up.
