Comprises in-letters to Marie Ferguson-Smith as Acting Secretary from 1994 (becoming Treasurer in 2000). Includes correspondence concerning mid-1990s efforts to get additional colleges involved in the scheme, including Corpus Christi, New Hall, Wolfson, Churchill, Lucy Cavendish and Fitzwilliam [the last joined in 2000]. Includes a letter from Marie Ferguson-Smith to Anne Lonsdale, 5 May 1996, thanking her for considering membership of the committee, and a letter from Mara Kalnins to Marie Ferguson-Smith, 28 May 1996 - 'What an interesting committee meeting that was, and isn't Anne Lonsdale terrific?!'. Also correspondence with members of the committee; correspondence between Anne Lonsdale and Jack Lewis concerning Bosnian connections for the scheme, 1996; and a report on a visit to Minsk, Belarus, December 1995, by Zbigniew Pelczynski of the Stefan Batory Office, Oxford.
