The University Archives are generally freely available to the holder of a reader's ticket for the Department of Archives and Modern Manuscripts, Cambridge University Library, West Road, Cambridge CB3 9DR. Restrictions on access are imposed on certain categories of sensitive record: financial, governmental and personal, by order of the originating body or under data protection legislation. ASNC 1-5 were presented to the University Archives by Prof. R.I. Page on 10 March 1988. ASNC 6 was presented by Prof. Simon Keynes on 28 September 2007.
The online catalogue was prepared by University Archives staff in July 2004 and emended in January 2005 and December 2007.
