ASNC 1-5 were presented to the University Archives by Prof. R.I. Page on 10 March 1988. ASNC 6 was presented by Prof. Simon Keynes on 28 September 2007.

The online catalogue was prepared by University Archives staff in July 2004 and emended in January 2005 and December 2007.
