Copies of property letters nos P.31-59 from R.M. Austin, B.D.F. Beith, W.J. Keswick, F.A. Pollock and G.W. Sheppard, Jardine Matheson, Shanghai, to G.H. Bowker, W.B. Cornaby and A.E. Smith, Jardine Matheson, Tsingtao, 18 June 1929-4 April 1939. There are also copies of two property letters from A.E. Smith, Tsingtao, to Jardine Matheson, Shanghai: no. P.5 to J.J. Paterson, Shanghai, 20 March 1929, and no. P.6 to R.M. Austin, 18 June 1929. The subjects covered in the file include the Agent's house at Tsingtao, the Kaeseman property, the office mortgage, office premises at Tsingtao, Tsinan property and Tsinanfu land.
