There is an index at the beginning of the ring-binder containing the following entries: British Chamber of Commerce Report; Enemy Exports; Imports; Monthly Returns; Produce; Quarantine Restrictions; 'Shantung Daily News'; and Staff.

The ring-binder is labelled 'Ports To Tsingtao General'.
