At the end of the file are Appendices III A and D for March 1963, Appendix III C for December 1966 and May 1967, and the monthly stock and debtors return of the Industrial Supplies & Rice Department for December 1966.

Notes on the documents indicate that they were enclosures to semi-official letters from Jardine Matheson, Hong Kong, to Matheson & Co. Ltd. The ring-binder is labelled 'Cotton Reports File I'.
