Scope and Contents

Correspondence (including some telegrams) between David Landale, Dalswinton, Dumfries, and elsewhere, and Matheson & Co. Ltd, London (mainly D.G.M. Bernard), regarding miscellaneous business matters. The correspondence is comprised of original letters from Landale and copies of letters from Matheson & Co. Ltd. There is also some other correspondence of David Landale and related papers. The ring-binders are labelled 'David Landale (Correspondence between D.G.M. Bernard & David Landale)', and are numbered I to III.
