1. A memorandum on the future organisation of Matheson & Co. Ltd's insurance broking in London, 12 April 1967, with a diagram showing the prospective lines of control and flow of business within Jardine, Matheson & Co. Ltd and Matheson & Co. Ltd.
2. A manuscript memorandum on the development of the insurance broking of Matheson & Co. Ltd by N.W. Found, May 1967.
3. A memorandum on the insurance broking of Turnbull, Gibson & Co. Ltd and the further development of this business, by D.S. Middleditch of Matheson & Co. Ltd, 2 October 1967.
