Copies of correspondence and other papers regarding a possible investment by Matheson & Co. Ltd in Tuckfields Teas of South Yarra, Melbourne, comprised of correspondence (including telegrams) between Matheson & Co. Ltd, London, and Bosanquet & Skrine Ltd, Colombo, Horden, Utz & Bode, Sydney, N.S.W., Jardine Matheson, Hong Kong, Matheson & Co. Ltd, Calcutta, Tuckfields Teas, South Yarra, Ty.Phoo Tea Ltd, Birmingham, Harry Wicking & Co. Ltd, Hong Kong, and others, and related letters and papers, including the following documents:

1. A statement of the net profits for the years ended 30 June 1956-30 June 1959 and six months ended 31 December 1959, the balance sheet as at 28 February 1961, and the profit and loss appropriation account, profit and loss account and trading account for the period 1 July 1960 to 28 February 1961 of Tuckfields Teas Pty Ltd, all enclosed with a letter from Tuckfield Teas to Matheson & Co. Ltd, 1 June 1961.

2. A report on Tuckfields Teas Pty Ltd by Dun & Bradstreet, 4 December 1961.
