A small set of copies of correspondence between Matheson & Co. Ltd, London, and Jardine Matheson, Hong Kong, and other letters regarding a possible amalgamation of Jardine, Matheson & Co. Ltd and Jardine Henderson Ltd, with a consolidated balance sheet of Jardine Henderson Ltd as at 31 March 1960. The amalgamation did not place. The ring-binder is labelled 'Jardine Henderson Ltd. Amalgamation with J.M. & Co., Ltd. File I'.
