Many of the papers concern the secondment of Richard Lund, the Hong Kong representative of Matheson (Chartering) Ltd, to George Grimble & Co. Ltd, including two reports by Lund on the early results of this association 24 June 1965 and 5 January 1966. There is also material regarding Jardine, Matheson & Co. Ltd's purchase of a share in the company in 1966, including a memorandum on the position of the negotiations with George Grimble & Co. Ltd, April 1966, with appendices.
