A small set of originals and copies of correspondence between T.W. Beckett & Co. Ltd, Johannesburg, CeyTea Import G.m.b.H. & Co., Hamburg, Margarine-Union G.m.b.H., Hamburg, Matheson & Co. Ltd, London, Matheson's Nominees Ltd, London, and Dr Kurt Walters, Hamburg, and related papers, including the following documents:
1. Articles of association of CeyTea Import G.m.b.H. & Co., 12 September 1963.
2. Booklets of reports on the audits of the annual financial statements as at 31 December 1963 of CeyTea Holding G.m.b.H., Hamburg, 13 July 1964, and CeyTea Import G.m.b.H. & Co., Hamburg, 17 July 1964, and the statement of allocation at 30 April 1964 of CeyTea Import G.m.b.H. & Co., Hamburg, 24 August 1964, prepared by Dr Walter Schlage, certified auditor.
3. Balance sheets and accounts of CeyTea Ltd, CeyTea Holding G.m.b.H, CeyTea Import G.m.b.H. & Co. and CeyTea (London) Ltd for 1965.
4. Lists of sundry creditors and of debtors, deposits and prepayments of CeyTea Ltd, 19 November 1965.
