The correspondence is comprised of original letters to Matheson & Co. Ltd and copies of other letters. The papers cover the formation of CeyTea (London) Ltd, with Matheson & Co. Ltd as Secretaries, and the subsequent sale of the company to Margarine-Union G.m.b.h. The ring-binder is labelled 'Ceytea (London) Limited Correspondence and Sale of Shares'.
