Copies of correspondence of Matheson & Co. Ltd and other papers relating to the company's partnership in CeyTea Holding G.m.b.H., Hamburg, described in the company's articles of association (found in the first file) as an enterprise for 'the import and trading with teas of all descriptions, particularly under the trade mark "CeyTea", the advertising for tea, the obtaining of tea gardens, the buying and the operating of tea manufacturing plants and the participation in similar companies and the management of such companies'. Some documents are in German.
