A small set of extracts of correspondence between Matheson & Co. Ltd, London, Jardine Matheson, Hong Kong, and Jardine Matheson, Shanghai, regarding the late W.A.C. Cruickshank, his estate, and the marriage trust established for his widow. The file also includes a letter from Jardine Matheson, Hong Kong, to Waltons & Co., London, 17 September 1929, regarding the W.A.C. Cruickshank Trust; letters from Waltons & Co. to Jardine Matheson, Hong Kong, 18 January 1929, and Matheson & Co. Ltd, 22 January 1929; a statement by Jardine, Matheson & Co. Ltd of the W.A.C. Cruickshank Trust's securities, dated Hong Kong, 17 July 1929 (loose inside the file); and the account current of the Trust with Jardine, Matheson & Co. Ltd, September 1929. The folder is labelled on the front cover 'London/Hongkong/Shanghai Personal W.A.C. Cruickshank decd.'
