Three numbered documents regarding the constitution of Glen Line Ltd, London:

1. Summary of the company, including share details, 15 March 1920.

2. Notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting of the company at 1 East India Avenue, London, on 13 March 1920, for the purpose of considering a resolution to increase the capital of the company to £5,000,000, signed by W.R. James, Secretary, 19 March 1920.

3. Note on mortgages and charges by limited companies, 1921.

There is also a souvenir booklet issued at the reception held in the new Glen Line Building, Shanghai, February 1922, describing the history and development of Glen Line, and including a description of the building.
