Scene near ‘Corranderrk’ Station, 1877 - 1879
Scope and Contents
187 x 133 mm. A view from a hill near Rourkes’ Bridge on the Healesville Road looking across the River Yarra, past a recently made clearing on the far side and towards a newly constructed Government road: Corranderrk is the local habitation of the Natives of this district, and is situated on the right hand side of the picture, about a mile and a half from the roadway.
