190 x 141 mm. Showing a group of officers, a Sergeant Major of the Royal Scots Fusiliers, an African scout and an African prisoner posed outside the Garrison Office. Identified members of the group are: Mr. Melville, Mr. Lys, Lieut. Col. Gildea, Spencer F. Chichester, Garrison Adjutant, and Charles De Val. A photograph used as the basis for an illustration in Du Val, vol. II, facing p. 22.
