204 x 147 mm. The caption continues: 'They use the small dress shields for these occassions, and sticks. They wear skins, beads and feathers. Near Eshowe.' This photograph may have been taken by Lyn Acutt. It is similar to a photograph in album held by the Killie Cambell Africana Library under the reference Album D07/001-231 Zulu Customs Book I 29500 [309425] and title, 'Royal visit, Eshowe, March 1947'.
