Scope and Contents

Pages 1-59 and 68-81: Newscuttings taken predominantly from 'The Argus', 1893-1894, concerning the South Pacific, including Australia, New Caledonia, New Guinea, New Hebrides and Samoa.
Pages 60-67 and 82-87: Newscuttings concerning Stettin and the consulship, 1897-1898, including many articles on trade and industry and Germany.
Pages 87-89: Newscuttings concerning Pennsylvania and the United States in general, 1913, including a few loose cuttings.
Pages 93-106: A series of newscuttings from 'The Daily Telegraph', 1927, by Sir Sidney Lee concerning the reign of Edward VII.
Written at the front of the volume is 'Wilfred Powell January 1st 1883'. Pages 107-123 are blank.
