Cemetery near Ladysmith, 1900
Scope and Contents
214 x 132 mm. Burial place where some of those killed at Hart's Hill on 24 Feb. 1900 were buried. These have been identified as Claude Sitwell, Captains E.G. Maitland and S.C. Maitland of the Gordon Highlanders, and Lt. Colonel T.M.G. Thackeray, Major F.A. Sanders and Lieutenant W.O. Stuart of the Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers.
