This material originally came in three ring-bound files, along with a bundle of records held inside a vertical suspension file. Two of the ring-bound files held contracts for the actors, artistes etc, while the other ring-bound file held various production, distribution and licence agreements.

The ring-bound file with the treatment and agreements, the two ring-bound files with contracts, and the bundle with various documentation have been treated as three individual files. These three files have been separated into sub-files or items to both aid access and to maintain how the files and the bundle were originally subdivided. These three files have been listed in chronological order or as close to chronological order as can be discerned.
