Scope and Contents
Material relating to the production of television programmes for the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), which were either produced by Spitting Image Productions Limited, involved the services of the company or included some other form of contribution from SIPL personnel.
Absent from this section is paperwork relating to the comedy sketch series, The Mary Whitehouse Experience, which was produced by SIPL. The show originally began as a radio series,... broadcasted on BBC Radio 1 in 1989 and 1990, before switching over to television, airing on BBC 2 between 1990 and 1992.
