Scope and Contents
On the right appears the imposing Centenary House, built after the Sierra Leone centenary celebrations, 1887, and on the left the premises of Messrs Pickering and Berthoud. Pickering and Berthoud were on the site from 1883 but Dr. Christopher Fyfe does not know when the building shown here was built.
