Newspapers, 1962 - 1975
Scope and Contents
Newspaper tearsheets and cuttings, along with some magazines printed on newsprint paper, which feature illustrations and other contributions by Roger Law. The majority of the material is from The Observer, where Law worked as a freelancer and then staff member, between 1962 and 1966. However, while working at The Observer, Law also submitted work to The Sunday Times, using the pseudonym, Alan F. Gill, before he moved over to The Sunday Times Magazine in 1966. Other major British newspapers, along with smaller niche publications, are also present.
