138 x 88 mm. Showing Langham-Carter and two other officials standing beside the flagpole after the parade, with civilian spectators in the background. The figure in the background in white uniform and spiked helmet is identified as William Montagu Lance Bower (1878-), Superintendent of Police in Malacca from 1911.
