The captions have been used as titles and may include language which is offensive, inaccurate or inappropriate. They have been retained to reflect the context of their creation. A list of photographs published in the magazine is on pages 259-262 of Marjorie Bull and Joseph Denfield's 'Secure the shadow', though it is not entirely complete.
